Richard Feltman joined Bank Street Graduate School of Education as Registrar in March 2026, bringing over 30 years of expertise in academic operations and enrollment management. His career began at Touro College, where he built a deep understanding of academic integrity and student records. Since then, he has served as Registrar for prestigious institutions including Purchase College, SUNY, Brooklyn College, CUNY and the NYU Tandon School of Engineering where, as a specialist in digital transformation, he successfully led major system implementations (Banner/PeopleSoft) and process optimizations to enhance the student experience,
Richard holds an MBA in Innovation & Technology Management, with a concentration in Digital Media and an MS in Organizational Behavior, with a concentration in Training and Development, from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, along with a BA in Sociology from Stony Brook University. A resident of Long Island, Richard has been married to his wife Elizabeth for nearly 17 years and they have two children. When he isn’t streamlining enrollment systems, he can be found performing as a musician, working as a sound engineer, golfing, skiing or managing his fantasy football roster.
