  • Alumni Email

    Alumni have access to a bankstreet.edu email as long as it is actively used. To obtain a new one, please email helpdesk@bankstreet.edu.

  • Alumni LinkedIn Group

    Join the official Bank Street College of Education Alumni Network on LinkedIn. This group provides a space for Graduate School alumni to connect with each other, discuss news and topics in education, share career insights and opportunities, and more.

  • Alumni Newsletter

    Bank Street releases a monthly Graduate School alumni newsletter. Update your contact information or email at alumni@bankstreet.edu to join the mailing list.

  • Bank Street Library Borrowing Privileges

    To obtain an alumni library card, which must be renewed annually, please come to the Library circulation desk on the 5th floor at 610 West 112th Street with your old student ID or any picture ID as well as documentation verifying your current address. Access to databases or eBooks is available from the Library premises only.

  • Certification

    For certification-related questions or issues, please contact Ann Cox, Certification Officer, at certification@bankstreet.edu. For more information on the certification process, visit the Certification page.

  • Job Listings and Career Services for Alumni

    CareerConnect is Bank Street’s automated job listing system for students and alumni. CareerConnect features job openings in the field of education as well as local tutoring or child care positions. Alumni have lifetime access to CareerConnect and Bank Street Career Services. For more information, please contact Beatrice Benavides, Director of Career Services, at bbenavides@bankstreet.edu.

  • New Teacher Support Group

    This informal gathering—held in a similar format as a conference group— is an opportunity for recent alumni from the Teaching and Learning Department to come together virtually twice a month with fellow Bank Street alums to support each other through the first few years of teaching.  CTLE hours can be earned for the sessions attended.

  • Transcripts and Degree Verification

    For alumni who wish to request a transcript, please know that our transcripts are processed through our partner, National Student Clearinghouse. Through our partnership, we offer transcripts to be sent either electronically as a secure PDF or by US Mail. You also have the option to certify and express mail a transcript.

    Each transcript costs $7 per copy as well as additional processing fees. Each additional transcript per order is $2.

  • Reorder a Diploma or Certificate

    For alumni who wish to reorder a diploma or certificate, please fill out a credential request form on the CeCredential Trust website
