Submission & Approval Process for Independent Studies

All Independent Studies must meet the Criteria for Successful Completion of the Independent Study on pages 11–12 of the Guide to the Integrative Master’s Project as well as the Checklist of Requirements for Independent Studies. Once you have met these requirements, you should forward your Independent Study as an MS Word or Google document to your mentor.

Once your mentor agrees that your Independent Study needs no further editing, she or he will ask you to complete the Independent Study Forms on MyBSC. 

If you would like your Independent Study to go to the Library, check the Jotform box “Yes, I would like to share my independent study in Educate.” Upload your Independent Study as a PDF via the jotform. All Independent Study grades are entered on my.bankstreet.
