Christine W. McGuire
Associate Dean for Enrollment Management and Student Success
Christine McGuire joined Bank Street Graduate School of Education in February 2025 as the School’s inaugural Associate Dean for Enrollment Management and Student Success. With over 35 years in higher education, Christine brings a distinguished tenure from Boston University, where she served as Vice President and Associate Provost for Enrollment and Student Administration. At BU she has championed initiatives to increase access and affordability, with a particular focus on opening doors for students from underserved backgrounds. Prior to BU, Christine gained extensive enrollment and student‑services management experience at Tufts University, George Mason University, and Southern New Hampshire University.
At Bank Street she leads the new Enrollment Management and Student Success team, called Grad Central, which unites admissions, financial aid, the registrar, certification, student support, communications and partnership management to guide students from first inquiry through graduation. Known for her collaborative and data‑informed leadership, Christine is partnering with faculty and staff to streamline processes, enhance student services, and develop evidence‑based strategies that advance Bank Street’s progressive mission.
