Event Title:
Virtual Info Session: Museum Studies – Learning and Engagement in Museums and Cultural Organizations

Description:

Our redesigned master’s degree program prepares you to work as an educator, public programmer, or educational leader designing and implementing a variety of learning and community engagement programs for cultural and non-profit organizations with educational missions in topics like art, history, nature, science, and more. In this program, you’ll prepare to work in a range of organizations, including children’s museums, historic sites, gardens, parks, performing arts centers, zoos, aquariums, libraries, and community centers, among others. On March 3, you’ll hear from program faculty and one of our senior admissions directors, who will tell you more about this program and the curriculum, as well as our admission and financial processes, and have the chance to ask questions. You’ll find out how this master’s degree program can help you advance your professional and educational practice and build your capacity to make change happen for a cultural institution and its public communities.
