We hope to see you on Thursday, February 22 for a Virtual Information Session focusing on our TESOL Residency, Dual Language, and Bilingual Education programs. Our event will start at 6:00 PM EST (but it’s okay if you can’t join until later—we’ll be on Zoom until at least 7:00 PM).

Here’s more about our programs:

> TESOL Residency program
If you are interested in working with students learning English as a new language (ENL) in grades pre-K-12, this program is designed for you! No prior teaching certification is necessary for this teacher residency program. Program highlights include:

You will be hired as a teacher apprentice during your residency
You will earn a salary while a graduate student
You will be eligible to be hired as a full-time teacher
You will receive discounted tuition

> Dual Language and Bilingual
Bank Street also offers Dual Language and Bilingual (for Spanish and Mandarin speakers) teacher preparation programs for those who wish to work in general and/or special education with young children, giving you the flexibility to work in a range of settings and engage with children from diverse racial/ethnic, socioeconomic, and linguistic backgrounds.

You’ll hear about these various programs from our faculty, and members of our admissions, certification, and financial aid teams will explain what you need to know about our application process. There will also be time for Q&A, so bring all your questions!
