Amy began her career in education as a bilingual teacher in New York City public schools. She later worked as a school-based math coach, and continues to work as a coach in schools around New York City. She is a graduate of the Math Leadership Program at Bank Street and currently teaches courses in that program as well as in Childhood Education Programs.
