Becky Thomas is a course instructor at Bank Street, where she focuses on Early Childhood Special Education. With a background in early childhood special education, her work is rooted in neurodiverse-affirming practice and the Floortime/DIR model. Her expertise includes work as a SEIT and SEIT supervisor in New York City. In addition to her teaching at Bank Street, Becky continues to work as a SEIT and leads neurodiverse-affirming social skills groups through PlayGroup NYC, an organization she founded.
