Wendy has worked extensively in the field of early childhood education and early childhood leadership. She has served as a teacher, principal of an early childhood urban Public School, and Director of Early Childhood Programs in a large urban district. She has taught and served as an advisor in the Early Childhood Leadership Program as an adjunct. She worked in the Education Center with coaches promoting social and emotional development for the PreK for All program in 2014-2016. She continues to teach in the Continuing Professional Studies Program designing professional Development in early education settings. She joined the Graduate Faculty full-time in 2016.
