"I took away the idea that conflict isn't bad. I feel more capable of approaching a confrontation with greater ease and more confident in my ability to adequately handle people and situations with care."

"I took away some concrete skills for how to establish a mentoring and collaborative relationship with my teaching team."

"The teacher has an enormous amount of experience and expertise and was able to impart knowledge in a practical way using personal examples as well as group exercises to support learning."
