Virtual Info Session | Explore Our Infancy, Early Childhood, Childhood, Bilingual, TESOL, Literacy, and Studies in Education Programs
Description:
If you’re an aspiring teacher or social worker looking to work with infants or young children through grades 6, or want to deepen your literacy teaching methods, or become a reading specialist or literacy coach, teach bilingual students, or want to design your own program course, then our upcoming Virtual Information Session on Monday, September 29 is the event for you! At this virtual info session, scheduled 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST, you’ll be joined by various faculty members, as well as by members of our admissions and financial aid. After our initial presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to join breakout rooms for each program or team to get your specific questions answered! The event is designed to be informal and conversational.
We’ll have staff from the following programs available on this evening: infancy, early childhood, childhood, dual language, bilingual, TESOL, and our literacy program. Interested in talking to us about your unique needs? We’ll have faculty and staff on hand to talk about our Studies in Ed program, which is designed for students who wish to pursue an individualized course of study across the programmatic spectrum to meet individual academic and career interests.
If you’re looking to start your graduate program in 2026, we encourage you to attend this event. We’ll let you know what’s needed for you to apply and you’ll get all your questions answered. We hope to see you there! Questions? gradadmissions@bankstreet.edu
