Are you interested in becoming a Child Life Specialist? Our Office of Graduate Admissions is hosting a Virtual Information Session focused on our Child Life Programs on Tuesday, November 1 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST. We hope you’ll join us to discover what Bank Street has to offer.
At our one-hour event, representatives from admissions, financial aid, and the Child Life faculty will talk about the program itself, the admissions and financial aid processes, and what it’s like to be a Child Life student at Bank Street. We encourage you to bring your questions, especially in terms of the program, application, and volunteer hours.
In our Child Life program, you’ll learn to support children, youth, and their families who are experiencing illness, surgery, trauma, injuries, and disabilities, in healthcare and community settings by being an advocate as you provide family-centered care in a variety of settings.
