Kristin Paintal, EdD

Chief Enrollment Officer and Registrar

Kristin Paintal is the Chief Enrollment Officer & Registrar at Bank Street Graduate School of Education. She earned her doctorate from Frostburg State University, MBA from Capitol Technology University, MSEd from Virginia Tech, and BA from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Since earning her doctorate, Kristin has been an active member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Offices and has written several publications and presented at many national conference presentations through the organization. She joined Bank Street in September 2020. Kristin serves as a running coach with New York Road Runners and has completed 112 marathons (and counting). She loves being active and outdoors, especially with her rescue dog, Winston, who is named after Winston from New Girl.

In her current role, Kristin is responsible for the student experience from admissions to graduation, working with the admissions and Student Services Advisor team to ensure that each student is supported and has the resources they need for a successful positive experience while at Bank Street. She is responsible for tracking student retention and graduation, and ensuring that Bank Street’s policies and procedures are clearly outlined and followed. She connects with faculty, administration, and support offices to ensure the needs of students are met.
