Graduate Admissions Information Session | Learning & Engagement in Museum and Cultural Organizations (LEMCO)

Description:

Join us for our Virtual Information Session on Wednesday, April 26, starting at 6:30 PM EST to discuss the following programs. Our LEMCO program is designed specifically for educators working in museums, science centers, historic sites, parks, zoos, aquariums, gardens, libraries, or any cultural institution. If you are looking to advance your career and refine your leadership skills, our program is for you.

As a graduate student in this program, you’ll:

  • keep your current job, and apply what you are learning directly to your job
  • connect theory to practice every day
  • be at the forefront of the ever-evolving field of cultural organization work
  • embrace change through diversity, inclusion, and access
  • work alongside experts in the field and learn from program alumni
  • visit sites with peers in your cohort, building lifelong connections
  • complete your program in two years, in a hybrid format
  • attend classes online, and monthly weekend meet-ups in NYC

During our one-hour event, you’ll meet with the program director and members of the admissions, financial aid, and certification teams to learn more and see if our program seems like a good fit for your career goals. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.
